eBay wanted to explore new technology concepts for local/social shopping: eBay executive staff member reached out to Niya to lead the conceptualization, prototyping, persona development, task analysis and prototyping eBay Hometown. Niya enrolled strategic partner Naviscent. As a team we created a fully rounded matrix of shopping intersections and social evidencing to present to eBay merchant executive team and launch the technology phase of development.
